It is regularly the case that our concierge and reception teams are the first point of contact for Royal Mail and courier services handling and logging items at reception for delivery and collection. Charter Security has a number of clients that have developed mail room services with our company to provide a complete solution.

We provide staff for mail rooms who are trained and qualified to x-ray items, separate and in some cases deliver post throughout a number of premises and departments. Our most impressive mail room services contract sees our staff deal with over 3000 items of incoming and outgoing mail per week utilising modern computerised systems that nominate cost centre codes to apportion departmental charges.
