We provide staff for a concierge and front of house or reception service individually
tailored to meet specific client requirements. Our recruitment team will target individuals
with exceptional customer care knowledge and experience and the ability to be diplomatic
but firm, responsive and proactive but at all times with the security and integrity of the
building in mind.
Our experience has taught us that the first impression that a visitor to a building has will very often be formed by the person they first meet. We will ensure that our front of house or reception team create the best first impression possible.
Our people are specifically recruited and vetted based upon their customer service skills combined with relevant security training. Personnel are stringently vetted to BS 7858 and selected for their diplomatic approach, range of abilities and willingness to perform front of house duties.
