At Charter Security, we understand the concerns business owners
have about the security of their buildings during evenings,
weekends and other out of hour's periods.
That's why we've developed a professional keyholding service in
accordance with the requirements of BS7984:2008
Keyholding and Response Services - Code of Practice and the Policy
of the Association of Chief Police Officers. This policy recommends
that commercial premises have two key holders with telephones,
transport and the ability to respond quickly to any incidents.
We'll start by meeting with you at your premises. This will
allow us to carefully assess your building and agree appropriate
entry procedures for our keyholding officers who are all SIA
licensed and fully trained in incident management.
We'll then collect your keys and issue you with a receipt. Your
keys will be coded and sealed within our secure control room. If an
incident does arise, we'll break the seal and access your building
in accordance with our agreed arrangement. In doing so, we'll help
to remove the worry and inconvenience associated with security
alarm activations however they may be caused.
