Client feedback

"Following the theft of a generator from our site at Thurrock, Mr Paul Phillips spotted a vehicle towing the unit along the A13 towards London. He telephoned the police and kept a commentary going to them as to his location. He kept following the vehicle until such time as the police could join him. As a result the generator, a valuable piece of equipment, was recovered. Will you, on my behalf, pass on my thanks to Mr Phillips for a good piece of work, which reflects well on your company."

"Thank you for your input over lunch and the support provided by your site during the visit from our clients from the British Nuclear Group.
BNG believed we could project manage and you impressed them.We had an excellent day. Please can you pass on my appreciation of all the efforts made by your team who acted in a very professional manner and no matter how many variations we introduced into the day they assisted us with enthusiasm. Particular thanks must go to your receptionist/security and canteen staff, also Richard Macer-Wright for showing round the site."

"On behalf of the Canterbury City Management Board of Directors, I would like to thank you very much for all the hard work your team has put into supporting the British Food Festival. A special mention should be made for J.D Roads who has been a very dedicated team leader and an extremely pleasant contact to work with. As you know, this year has been very successful and I hope that it will strengthen Canterbury's position as a serious Food Festivals place in the Region.
I look forward to working with you for the Euro Fair."
Philippe Esclasse, City Centre Manager, Canterbury City Management Ltd

"On 8 February 2005, an e-mail was circulated by the Security Manager of CTRL Contract 342 describing of a vehicle and four persons involved in a burglary and theft at his site the previous evening ... Mick Johnson, [CTRL Security Manager] instructed SO Ljllah to engage the driver in conversation, in an effort to delay the vehicle while Police were notified, but it 'made-off’ towards Leyton. This was relayed to the Police and as a result vehicle and driver were detained nearby. A search revealed a further three occupants who were also detained. I wish to commend both the above Officers for their keen observations, awareness and prompt action which clearly prevented any crime being committed at Temple Mills Depot and facilitated in the arrest of our suspects for offences at another CTRL Contract."
